MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

      • We work with existing project documents to develop full material listings for all components of the project. This can be then used for competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
      • We also prepare Scopes of Work packages to enable tendering, which provides the Client with the added confidence that pricing efficiencies are inherently built into their project estimates.

    • PLANNING & SCHEDULING

        • We can develop baseline schedules for project development, estimating and cashflow forecasting
        • Our services also include progress monitoring and recovery scheduling against original and baseline schedules.

    • HSE, QA/QC SUPPORT

        • We can provide support services to the project environment that add value through HSE management such as review of systems, introduction of new HSE procedures and gap analysis.
        • QA and QC support services can also be provided through development of full systems that are modeled to ISO9001, introduction of project-specific quality assurance documents and quality audits

    • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

        • We can work with your existing contracts and interpret the contractual obligations that fall under the parties’ responsibilities. Our understanding of contract procedure covers a range of contract types such as FIDIC, JCT, ICE, NEC, TTIA and bespoke forms of contract.
        • We also provide services for the advancement of commercial claims, certification, valuations and applications for payment by either contractual party.

        • We work with our Clients to develop their conceptual ideas and evaluate various alternatives for project development to determine the best value approach in terms of concept, design and construction options.
        • An integral part of our services at the conceptual phase is the progression of preliminary project budgets, schedules, cashflows and preliminary designs.
        • We can prepare outline layout designs indicating scale, layout and schematics for all major components of any project.

      • PROJECT PLANNING

          • When a greater level of detail is required, we are able to provide greater accuracy on the sequence of activities, refine project budgets and establish project organization structures for contract and communication purposes.
          • We also act as co-ordinators within all stakeholders to ensure that the Client and project objectives are understood and clearly defined.

      ENGINEERING SERVICES

      • DESIGN DOCUMENTS AND DELIVERABLES

          • From the conceptual phase, our services can then be used to provide the detailed designs and documentation required to enable further project development.
          • Our design process is predominantly code-based and we have experience in working with several international design codes. The main standard organisations that our designs conform to are British Standards, American, TTBS, ISO and IBC.
          • Prepare for approval by the client and governing authorities, construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications for Engineering designs, setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the project.
          • Assist the Client in the preparation of the necessary tender/bidding information, tender forms, the conditions of the contract to be used and the form of agreement between the client and the contractor.
          • Advise the owner of any adjustments to previous preliminary estimates of construction cost indicated by changes in the requirements or general market conditions.
          • Assist the client in connection with the client's responsibility for filing documents required by government for approval or having jurisdiction over the project.
