CLERK OF WORKS
Experience – 3-5 years working experience as a Clerk of Works or Construction Supervisor. Must be familiar with construction techniques and demonstrate an understanding of contracts and schedules. Should be able to work with Contractors and Clients to expedite the progress of construction works, and be able to accurately record and document site activities. Must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
Qualifications - CET, HND, BTEC, NEC or Junior Builders Certificate. Any other suitable combination of experience and academic qualification will be considered.
TECHNICIANS
Experience – 3-5 years working experience in a technician’s within a construction or design office environment. Must demonstrate an understanding of drafting, bill of quantities, and some site supervision. Must be able to work with other team members to understand and develop project deliverables. Must have god communication skills and be computer literate. Must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Project. Knowledge of other engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D will be an asset

GRADUATE ENGINEERS
Experience – 0-3 years working experience in a design environment, and should be motivated and eager to learn within a growing organization. Must be familiar with engineering design principles and contract management. Should be able to work with team members as well as under minimum supervision. Must have excellent communication skills and be very computer literate. Must be familiar with design codes (BS, AISC, ACI etc.) in addition to having a working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and STAAD.
Qualifications – BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering.
PROJECT ENGINEERS
Experience – 3-5 years working experience as an engineer within a construction or design environment. Must have experience within the construction industry and demonstrate an understanding of engineering principles, contracts, schedules and commercial management. Must be able to work with Contractors and Clients to expedite the progress of projects, and be able to accurately record and document project activities. Must have excellent communication skills and be very computer literate. Must be familiar with design codes (BS, AISC, ACI etc.) in addition to having a working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and STAAD. Working knowledge of project management will be an asset.
Qualifications – BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering. Additional qualifications such as MSc or PMP will be an asset.
SENIOR ENGINEERS
Experience – 5-10 years working experience in a senior capacity as an engineer within a construction or design environment. Must have experience within the industry and demonstrate an understanding of project management, contract administration, and commercial management. Must be able to work with stakeholders to understand and develop project deliverables. Must have excellent communication skills and be very computer literate. Must be familiar with engineering codes in addition to having a working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project and STAAD. A demonstrable knowledge and expertise within a project management environment is essential.
Qualifications – BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering, MBA or MSc in Engineering or Project Management or Management. Additional qualifications such as PMP will be an asset.
